The TV is Fixed

Here’s the saga from beginning to end from buying an expensive TV, having it break down, the process of having it fixed under warranty, and we all lived happily ever after. The video follows.

  1. How blithely you skip over the part where on the original TV delivery day no TV was delivered and no phone call was received. I spent six days on the phone, with the store where we purchased the TV telling me to call the store from which the TV was supposed to be delivered, and the store from which the TV was supposed to be delivered telling me to call the store from which it was purchased. *headdesk*

  2. Blithe. That’s me. I’d forgotten all about that cluster fuck, probably because you handled that part of it. But I did say I complained about their business system and that their inventory management was a mess. Their employees are as competent as can be, but they need to stop using PCs and start using the Macs they so proudly sell. (And they need cameras in their storage areas.)
